Orem Party Bus Rentals

Oremcharterbusservices.com is an advertising and quote comparison website that makes it easy to find and compare party bus rentals in Orem, Utah and the surrounding area. It is not a local transportation company and it does not own any vehicles. Because Oremcharterbusservices.com is not a bus company, you are never limited to one fleet — instead, you fill out one quick form and compare vehicles and pricing from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving the area.

Transportation is provided by those independent operators, and booking is completed through a national booking platform.

You use the online quote tool on this page to enter your trip details — your pickup location, your date, how many people are riding, and your destination. It takes about a minute to fill out. Once you submit, you land on a results page on the national booking platform showing available party buses, photos, amenities, and pricing from transportation companies serving Orem and Utah County.

From there, you can compare your options and book the party bus you want right online, all in just minutes. If you would rather talk through your options, call 385-250-0460 any time and a live agent will help you find the right fit!

The UCCU Center sits on the Utah Valley University campus, and large-vehicle access is coordinated through UVU Parking Services. The main drop-off area for oversized vehicles is along University Parkway on the west side of the building. After dropping your group at the entrance, party buses typically stage in the large surface lots on the northwest corner of campus — Lot 1 off 800 West is the most accessible for oversized vehicles.

Because UVU coordinates large-vehicle parking on a per-event basis, it is a good idea to check the UVU Parking Services page before your visit and confirm your staging plan when you book your party bus.

Event-day parking at the UCCU Center uses named lots: the west-side Visitor Lot is closest to the main entrance and Ticket Office, additional event parking is available in Lots L3, L5, L8, and L14, and overflow parking sits west of I-15 in Lot W1 with access over the pedestrian bridge. The back lot north of the building is reserved for authorized event staff, service vehicles, and VIPs, so your party bus should use the event-designated areas instead. The complete UCCU Center event parking guide maps each lot.

At Brigham Young University (Provo, UT 84602), the primary large-vehicle drop-off area is along North Campus Drive, near the Marriott Center at 1 N Campus Dr, Provo, UT 84602. BYU Parking Services requires oversized vehicles to use designated loading and unloading zones and to avoid idling in fire lanes. Your party bus drops the group at the designated zone and stages nearby while you are on campus.

For current zone assignments and any event-specific guidance, check the BYU Parking Services page before your visit — assignments can shift depending on what is happening on campus that day.

At Utah Valley University, large vehicles use the designated loading zones along University Parkway, the main campus entrance road. The circle drive near the Sorensen Student Center is a common drop-off point for groups. Oversized vehicles are directed away from the inner campus pedestrian areas, so your party bus drops the group at the University Parkway loading zone and stages in one of the large surface lots on the northwest side of campus while you are on campus.

Because UVU coordinates oversized vehicle access through UVU Parking Services, confirm your drop-off plan when you book and check with parking services before your visit for any event-day changes.

SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre is an open-air amphitheater with a capacity of about 3,500 in SCERA Park. The venue sits in a park setting off State Street (US-89), and the main parking is in the SCERA Park lot and along surrounding streets. Large vehicles drop off at the main park entrance on State Street, and party buses typically stage in the adjacent parking area at the SCERA Center for the Arts (745 S State St, Orem, UT 84058) or along the wider State Street shoulder nearby while the show is running.

Summer show nights fill the lot quickly, so building extra time into your arrival plan is always a smart move!

The Shell's main entrance, box office, concessions, and restrooms are on the west side at the top of the hill, while the south entrance provides the wheelchair-accessible route with a sidewalk to flat concrete seating. Free parking is available at SCERA Park Pool, 699 S State St; Orem High School, 175 S 400 E; LDS Church, 631 S 400 E; SCERA Park Elementary, 450 S 400 E; SCERA Center, 745 S State St; and along 400 East. Your party bus can keep the group together for the west-side entrance instead of splitting everyone among those separate lots.

The full SCERA Shell directions and event parking information shows the entrance and overflow locations.

Sundance Mountain Resort is approximately 13 miles northeast of Orem via US-189 through Provo Canyon, and the road up to the resort is a narrow, winding mountain road — which is exactly why a party bus makes so much more sense than sending your group up in a caravan of separate cars. Drop-off is at the main lodge entrance circle at the base of the resort, and party buses stage in the main parking lot off Alpine Loop Road while your group is on the mountain. During ski season and peak summer weekends, that lot fills early, so building extra time into your arrival is a good idea.

Check the Sundance Resort getting-here page for current parking and access details before your visit.

Peaks Ice Arena sits in a large commercial and recreation complex with a spacious surface parking lot off Center Street. Drop-off is at the main entrance on Center Street, and party buses stage in the outer rows of the surface lot while your group is inside. No dedicated bus zone is published on the Peaks Ice Arena website, so your party bus drops the group at the front entrance and moves to the outer lot to wait.

The lot is shared with other businesses in the complex, so arriving a few minutes early on busy weekend evenings gives your group the smoothest drop-off experience!

For most trips in Orem and Utah County, booking four to six weeks out works well — but several dates on the local calendar fill much faster than that. Prom season runs through April and May across Utah County school districts, and party buses for those weekends book up months in advance, so four to six months out is the right window if your date falls in that stretch. UVU commencement weekends at the UCCU Center and BYU graduation events in late April and early May follow the same pattern.

The Sundance Film Festival (January 21–31, 2027) drives enormous demand in Boulder, Colorado, so six months or more is the safer window for any trip during that period. Summer SCERA Shell shows book faster for major headliners. The short answer: the earlier you compare, the more options you have and the better the pricing.
